How do I find my Cat machine's serial number?

Machine serial numbers (PINs) are typically found on the outer frame. Most use an 8-character code, while 17-character PINs should be entered using the last 8 digits.

How soon can I connect to Product Link?

Activation typically takes 1-2 business days for self-installed devices or new subscriptions, while factory-installed units can often be connected remotely by your dealer at delivery.
