Last year, we conducted a survey to find out what our clients thought we could improve and what more we could do for them. One of the things we wanted to know was what they were interested in and what would be useful to them. After compiling the responses and comments, we considered different tools and initiatives to determine what would be most interesting, efficient, and relevant for our clients. One of the solutions we decided to implement is the creation of a blog. This new blog will allow us to communicate on multiple topics of interest to the client in a more relaxed format and on a variety of topics that are broader than in our promotional communications.

This new channel will highlight our role as an advisor and expert, as well as reinforce the idea that we are not just a supplier, we are a business partner. We will offer customers a wealth of information that can help them manage and operate day-to-day while incorporating content that will appeal to Cat fans and feed their yellow blood.

The blog features articles on technology, equipment, services, infographics, testimonials, expert advice, videos, interviews, FAQs and more. It will also be a new way for us to share our passion for our industry, brand, and customers.
