Cat felling heads for track feller bunchers are designed for severe harvesting conditions. Robust structures feature box section frame design, thick plating and reinforcements in high stress areas. The saw drive shaft system boosts the bearing and shaft load capacity and improves component service life. The grab arms and large, flat front surface are designed to reduce stem damage and provide tight control of the tree. Heads are available in partial or full tilt configurations.
