For some time now, our branches have been receiving a high volume of calls, and it is sometimes difficult to answer all the requests.
Since customer satisfaction has always been at the heart of our concerns, we have set up a brand new virtual parts team whose mandate is to be the first point of contact for customers.
This team will cover all parts requests across Quebec to help with the demand and ensure that all customers can be answered quickly.
This initiative will allow us to :
- increase our response rate
- respond more quickly and efficiently to customer needs
- reduce the workload of branch representatives
Branches will be able to focus on in-branch customers, representative requests, more complex email requests, and our goal will be to achieve satisfaction for all internal and external customers.
