Cat Machine Engine Rebuild Options
PLATINUM
Platinum Kits are the most complete engine rebuild option.
Bronze kit, plus Cat Reman:
- Six (6) Pre-assembled cylinder packs
- Cylinder head
- Fuel injectors or fuel nozzles
- Water pump
- Oil pump
BRONZE
Bronze Kits provide the basic components. No core charges.
- Gaskets & seals
- Oil & fuel filter
- Camshaft bearings
- Turbo locknuts & bolts
- Coolant temperature regulator
- Exhaust manifold sleeves
- Studs & locknuts
SILVER
Silver kits include new, unassembled rebuild components. No core charges.
Bronze kit, plus:
- Pistons
- Piston rings
- Retainers
- Cylinder liners
GOLD
Gold Kits give you the labour-saving advantages of pre-assembled cylinder packs.
Bronze kit, plus:
- Six (6) pre-assembled Cat Reman cylinder packs
*Due to variation in machine arrangements, Main bearings & thrust plates are not included in kits. A related parts list is available to find everything else you need to get the job done right.
Equipment Protection Plans
Dealer Installed Extended Coverage
- Coverage for all kit parts, plus the main bearings and thrust plates (ordered separately)
- Provides labour to install replacement parts
- Coverage terms of 12, 24, or 36 months
- Covers resultant damage from failure of covered parts
Over-the-Counter Extended Coverage
- Coverage for all kit parts, plus the main bearings and thrust plates (ordered separately)
- Replace parts that fail due to defects in material and/or workmanship
- Coverage terms of 12 or 24 months
