MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - MENTOR
The role of mentor is to provide advice and guidance, enhance leadership skills, introduce the corporate structure and business practices, and offer encouragement and support.How is the mentor selected? The mentor is selected because of their well rounded and extensive business experience, their knowledge of the heavy equipment industry, their ability to advise and/or coach, and their willingness to participate.
