MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - ABOUT THE PROGRAM
History In place for 25 years Key component to our succession planning Past graduates of the program currently fill several middle and senior management positionsPurpose It emphasizes the concept of 'learning while doing' Develops a pool of candidates for future leadership-type positions Broaden participant exposure to Toromont's business practices, procedures and organizational structure Length Two year program that involves rotating through various work assignments at various locations throughout our provincial operation. Goal To emerge with a well rounded understanding of the Heavy Equipment Industry, and Toromont CAT's products, services and people. With your newly acquired knowledge, skills, and abilities, you will be considered for leadership-type roles within one of the following areas at the successful completion of your customized training program: Product Support, Engineering, Project Management, Frontline Operations, or Remanufacturing environment.
